Royce looked around in a panic. Students were swarming the hallways and the noise everyone was making made it impossible to think.

Where the hell is the Muggle Studies room?!

"Hey! Buddy, can you tell me where th-....Excuse me? I need to know wh-" he threw his hands up in the air, nobody would give him the time of day and he was lost.

If I am not in that class in the next...-he peered at his watch-...7 minutes I am sure there will be hell to pay.

Adelina glanced at the boy in the middle of the corridor.
He looked new.
He looks cute!
She sauntered over to him.
"Lost?" She asked, smiling innocently.

Matteus was looking heading towards potions class when he say a New Kid, he was trying to find his way to Muggle Studies. being his favorite subject he went up to the boy. A girl had showed up but he was begging for a reason to be late for Potions

"Ya lookin' for Muggle Studies, mate? I am in me wick." He gave a friendly smile, "Ya not goin' to find it here. Uhh, it's a bit aways, down that hallway there." The boy looked a bit helpless and confussed. Matteus laughed, "No Worries, I can take you there."

"Matty boy!" Preston shouted from across the great hall
filled with bustling students dress in black robes.
"Ramona Paterson or this girl?" He sneered at Adelina.
Ramona was the plumpest girls at thier school. This is
a game he and Matteus played regularly when they spotted
each other in the hallways. The objective is to chose with
girl they would rather snog.

"Personally, i'd choose pumpkin Paterson." He thought aloud,
unerved by what adelina would do to him.
"New kid," Preston gave him the nod, "Dont let that innocent
smile fool you. She has fangs, you just cant see them ..
Ive been trying to come up with a theory recently.
So far, ive got 'Animagus Adelina. Turns into an old bat.'"
Preston looked around with an impish grin.
"Brilliant, eh?"

Royce watched as a pretty looking girl approached him with a smile. She had amazing curly hair, Royce's favorite.
"Lost?" She asked, with an innocent smile.
Royce was about to answer when somebody else showed up, a male Hufflepuff.
"Ya lookin' for Muggle Studies, mate? I am in me wick." the guy smiled, "Ya not goin' to find it here. Uhh, it's a bit aways, down that hallway there."
Royce couldn't understand why everyone was all of a suddenly being so nice, but he didn't want to jinx himself so he just gave him a smile.
The Hufflepuff laughed, "No Worries, I can take you there."
Just then another walked up, this time it was a Gryffindor. He approached making fun of the girl that had offered to help him, Royce wasn't very happy about that and he glared at him a bit, but kept his smile.
"New kid," the Gyffindor gave him a nod, "Dont let that innocent smile fool you. She has fangs, you just cant see them ..Ive been trying to come up with a theory recently. So far, ive got 'Animagus Adelina. Turns into an old bat.' Brilliant, eh?" he gestured towards the Slytherin girl.
Adelina, so that's her name...
Royce glanced at Adelina and then back at the Gryffindor.
"Well, that's not what I would classify as brilliant, but we all have opinions. If she was an animagus, I am sure she would turn into something quite lovely, actually." He gave Adelina a wink and turned back to the Hufflepuff.
"So, you really think you could help me get to Muggle Studies, buddy? I can't be late on the first day..."

Adelina groaned at the sound of Preston's voice.
And to think I used to like him.
Adelina sighed and waited for the abuse to finish.
"Ramona Paterson or this girl?"
He was such a jerk.
"I am sure she would turn into something quite lovely, actually."
Adelina wasn't used to compliments, she gave a nervous giggle and felt her cheeks warming.
Get a grip Adelina!
"Well, I guess i'll see you around then" She muttered hurriedly before speeding off down the corridor.

Preston scoffed. " If you define snake, something lovely. " he murmmered
under his breath. " Well mate, you can't say i didn't try to warn you. "
This guy. He's going to be problem. You know what they say though,
'Keep your friends close, Keep your enimies closer.'

Quickly changing his facial expression from annoyed to friendly,
he held out his hand for an introduction. He wasnt quick at lowering
his gaurd down. His face may look welcoming but his eyes were still
aware of the boy.
"Preston Cardova. Gryffindor."

Royce nodded at Adelina as she rounded the corner of the hall.
I'll have to thank her later for trying to help...
Thr Gyffindor stuck out his hand, "Preston Cardova. Gryffindor."
"Royce Hades, Ravenclaw." Royce said in return, firmly grasping Preston's hand and give it a good tug. He smiled.
This guys going to be trouble, just look at that fake smile...

Matteus smiled as at his friend, Preston, came over. He had met him back in his fourth year because of thier common interest in snogging as many girls as possible.

Royce introduced himself. Matteus asked, "So you ready? Or would you rather hang out in the hallway some more? All is well, I don't mind." He gave a reassuring smile.

Stinnikus came walking down the stairs when he saw a few male students in his way.

"Out of my way before I make you move" Stin snapped out.

Stin slammed his shoulder into two of the males in his way. Making his way through the boys.

I hate these hallways with these retards in my way he thought.
Next time I will just use my wand. We will then see how well then move then.

Stin continued down the hall when her heard a noise from behind him.

"Out of my way before I make you move" a Ravenclaw pushed his way through the crowded halls and nudged both him and Matteus with his shoulders. Royce scowled at the back of the Ravenclaws head.

Then he perked back up and looked at Matteus.
"We should probably be heading there, bud. Don't wait to be late on my first day." Royce grinned and motioned for Matteus to lead the way.
"So, any girls here I should be wary of? Don't want to put my foot in the wrong door, if you know what I mean." Royce chuckled to himself.

Matteus gave a quick glare at Stin, 'No need to be a prick.' he thought.

"We should probably be heading there, bud. Don't wait to be late on my first day." Royce said kindly while smiling, gesturing for Matteus to lead the way. Matteus started walking down the hall heading for the stairs when Royce asked, "So, any girls here I should be wary of? Don't want to put my foot in the wrong door, if you know what I mean."

Matteus smiled, "Not many, no. Although at the moment I'm aiming for a pretty little Slytherin girl, Lucille. She's not showing too much interest right now, but she'll turn around. You'll see." Matteus laughed, "You eye set on anyone yet?"

As they continued to walk down the hall, Matteus and Royce talked about the girls on campus.
"Not many, no. Although at the moment I'm aiming for a pretty little Slytherin girl, Lucille. She's not showing too much interest right now, but she'll turn around. You'll see." Matteus laughed, "You eye set on anyone yet?"
Royce thought for a second. The name Lucille didn't seem to ring any bells.
"Oh, well not really yet. That Adelina seems pretty nice though. But your friend doesn't seem to like her much." Royce shrugged.
They were nearing the Muggle Studies class now, Royce recognized the door and it's surroundings as they got closer.
"I am sure I will find someone though, there seems to be an abundance of good lookers here." Royce said, opening the door to the Muggle Studies class and stepping inside behind Matteus.
