I was thinking maybe we could have a board for those little details of Harry Potter that we never paid attention to. (:

Yeah... so I was wondering, what's the order in which the house tables are set up?

I think on the right its Slytherin on the out side and Huffle Puff in the inside
Gryffidor on the inside and Ravenclaw on the out side. I think i don't remember.

You see, now I don't remember reading about the positioning in the books but in the films, isn't Slytherin next to Gryffindor?
Because in the third, Malfoy teases Harry about fainting.

I am too. I personally thought it went:

Griffindor

And then maybe Ravenclaw, because remember when Cho kept looking at him in the 4th book?

And then that would mean hufflepuff, and then slytherin.

I think they mentioned it somewhere in the 2nd book. *scrounges for book*

Then the only logical order would be

ravenclaw/gryffindor/slytherin/hufflepuff

I thought that griffindor was at the far end of the hall, though, and Slytherin was on the other side.

Lulz, I have too much time on my hands.
That's how the tables go.
McGonagall listed the four house as follows; Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin
So that is the order of the tables.
