Professor Cabbage is a nice little man that teaches Herbology at Hogwarts. He stands at only 4'9" and has a ginormous round belly that makes him wobble a bit when he walks. Cabbage's hair is mostly gone and the fuzz that is left, he usually tries to pull into a comb-over. He wears rounds glasses, that he is practically blind without, and high orange socks that peak through his brown sandals.

He loves people, especially teenagers and likes to refer to all of them as his children. He is almost always wearing a smile and enjoys teaching Herbology more than anything in the world. When he is not teaching Herbology, he can sometimes be found subbing Muggle Studies.

Nothing seems to bother Professor Cabbage. Students often tease him about his looks, name, or like to mess with him in class but he seems to find it all rather entertaining and actually enjoys the dark humor.

Many of the student's say he smells of cabbage, and that is why he was named. However, we are quite certain that the reason he smells of such, is because he is in fact around it all day, when teaching.

Professor Cabbage has a small pet roach that usually sits on his desk or shoulder during his teachings. He calls him Floundar, and gives him small saltine crackers as a treat.
